Large Croissants
These are made from 2 butter-rich doughs, one regular and one chocolate dough. Croissants are made by creating over 700 layers of bread dough and butter. This process is done over 2 days, with a chill overnight step in the fridge. This is one of my favorite doughs to make because I enjoy the challenges and techniques in this process. These croissants are large, approximately; 6 to 7 inches long and 3 inches wide.
